RENTAL CONDITIONS
- Bookings are nominative and not transeferable
- Four reservation will be effective as soon as we receive this formular confirming that you accept the rental conditions and the campsite regulations.
- The confirmation of your booking mentions :
- the dates of your stay
- the type and the number of your pitchor rental
- the deposit amount with the booking charge
- Your deposit equals 25% of the total price of your stay, plus 15 euros for booking charges which are not deductible.
- Your place is reserved till the next day 4 pm. In case of later arrivol, please inform us as soon as possible.
- The sum due must be paid at the latest on your arrival, by Credit Card, cash, Of Chèques Vacances (the Society does not accept chaques).
- In cased of early departure, the stay cannot be refunded.
- In case of cancelation, the deposit cannot be refunded.
- To confirm your booking and the reception of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter (keep this document and show it on arrival).
FOR PITCHES
- Bookings are made for one week minimum, between the 1st of july and the 31st of august.
- The time of arrival must be between 2 pm and 8 pm, office closing time.
- Departures must imperatively be before 12 am, office closing time.
- If you need electricity, you must be equipped with a 15 meter cable, waterproof and europeon plug (big blue one).
FOR LOCATIONS
- Our mobile homes and rooms can be booked for one week minimum. from saturday to saturday, between the 1st of july to the 31st of august, and one week minimum, but starting anyday, during the Internation Film Festival of Cannes
- The time of arrival must be between 2 pm and 8 pm, office closing time.
- Departures must imperatively be before 10 am.
- A deposit of 200€ (cash) is required on your arrival (recoverable in totality or partialy on departure, depending on the state of the mobile home when you leave).
- In case of departure out of office times, your deposit will be sent to you by post mail, after inspection of the mobile home.
